Transforming dirty, impure, heterogenous matter into noble, rich, precious materials, withdrawing gold or silver ingots from trash cans... there's nothing more magical than this for the uninitiated !
However, don’t get us wrong, far from being magical, this activity is based on a reliable technology, a high level of equipment and a carefully developed industrial chain that is in constant progress.
If indeed it can be compared to a standard industrial activity, it has, however, a true originality : it is part of the collective effort to protect our environment and help a sustainable development of goods and products.
But the true performance is that it enables companies to treat their waste at no expense but rather for a benefit, thanks to the new financial resources obtained.
In some cases, it’s even transforming a legal obligation – therefore a constraint - into an asset and a new value for the company.
This is wonderful though still not magic !
